The Mals, Part 3

After having a very rough Sunday, I took her to her regular vet, Dr. Bell on Monday to have him check her out. He said everything was fine but that if anything happened to her staples to come back immediately. Well, later that night I noticed that Mallie had busted one of her staples open. So Tuesday morning Mallie's Nana took her to Dr. Bell. He glued her up and sent her on her way! She has been great ever since! We are blessed to have such a great vet who loves our little girl just as much as we do!

Mallie's new happy that her Honey got for her!

Mal's Dad gave her a midnight snack. She loves apples!

You might think I'm crazy, but she is watching General Hospital.

Dad getting her meds together. Such a great daddy!

Mal loves that mom gets off at noon on Fridays now! Nap time for us!

The Mals, Part 2.

Mallie has had a rough day. She didn't sleep very good last night and has been very groggy today. She has started feeling a little better even though she hasn't gotten off the couch and away from her mom and her heated blanket.

The Mals.

It has been an interested night for The Bullard crew. While trying to give Mallie a trim tonight, we "knicked" her. Of course this mommy freaked out. Mals daddy made the executive decision to take her to the PetMed in Germantown. Let me tell you, the PetMed is ten times nicer in every way than the people med. They even had a Keurig. They had to put three staples in my little woman. She was a trooper and never once acted like the cut or the staples bothered her. She definitely wanted her mom after they were finished though! I was so worried they would think we hurt her on purpose or something crazy. I told the vet that I hoped they didn't think we meant to do this and she said "honey, the pink chevron bed gave that way. That is a spoiled little baby." I'm glad she appreciated a little chevron. She then asked me where I got it and all that business. I think she may have been just trying to calm this scared momma down. :) All the nurses came to us talking about Mallie's personality and how she acted and how cute she is inside and out. Of course, I knew she would show out because she could not be more spoiled. Needless to say, it is 3:30am and we are on our way back to Arkansas. I am so glad I have the best husband who decided to take her because I would still be freaking out. :) But the Mals is okay and ready for snuggle time in the bed with her Moms and Dad!
