23 candles!

Thats right! I made it to 23! I had a wonderful day! My kids sang to me and made me play dough birthday cakes! :) I spent my birthday at work and then at Corey's baseball game which they won! :) I would trade it for the world! 

I do have the best LITTLE brother! ;)

Jackson called me to tell me happy birthday for him and Easton! :))

We also worked on Corey's graduation invitations yesterday! :( 

Manic Mondayyyy!

Yesterday was definitely a hectic day. From the weather to getting my new classroom at work, it was definitely a whirlwind of a day. Landon got off work before lunch because their power went out. I am now in Room 11 with 6 kiddos instead of 12 by myself. It is for sure a test if my abilities and patience. :) After work, we went to Daddy's house because he cooked a delicious supper! Always thankful for family time! 

Early Birthday Lunch!

Daddy and Mom took me out for my birthday today since I will be spending yet another birthday at the ballpark with Corey! I wouldn't change it for the world!!! 😊☺️⚾️ We went to Red Koi in Memphis then to Yogurt Mountain for ice cream! It was such a perfect birthday lunch!!

Weekend fun:)

Friday and Saturday were very fun, relaxing days for us this weekend! We almost didn't know what to do with ourselves. It was much needed after this week! Friday night, Landon and I used our Easter Bunny money to go on a date! Landon just recently decided he liked sushi so we went to eat sushi!! We went to Osaka in Memphis and enjoyed every minute. We talked and had fun just me and him. Afterwards, we went to Baskin Robbins for some ice cream! :) We brought mom our leftover sushi and then headed home. :) Perfect night! Saturday, we worked on odds and ends and just kind of piddled around. Landon washed our vehicles, fixed our fence, and sprayed the yard again. I worked on Corey's graduation gift! We took Mal outside for a little bit. She likes outside, but hates a leash. She would just stand there. It was also really bright for her. Landon and I have been really enjoying times these days when it's just me, him, and Mals. :)

It was also Corey's Mother-Son Senior luncheon yesterday! I'm sure there were plenty of tears shed. 😢

Senior Night.

Tonight was Senior Night for Corey. It is so bittersweet. I am so proud of who he has become and so proud and happy for everything he has in his future but I am also so sad that he is growing up and "leaving" me soon. He is such a humble and genuine guy and I could not love him more. 😢 The rain held off through the fourth inning and they called the game. The other mothers (not senior mothers) had prepared a nice meal for the seniors and their families. It was a great, bittersweet night!

Busy, busy week!

It seems these days that all we have are busy weeks nowadays! This week started off busy! I felt terrible all last weekend so Tuesday after work I went to the doctor. He gave me two shots and a ton of medicine! Thankfully, Wednesday I was feeling like a new person!! Landon went to the lake with Mr. Brett Wednesday to help him finish building the shed for the boat. I stayed with mom and daddy! It was nice to get in some time with them! Thursday, mom and I got our toes done and went to eat together since daddy and Corey and Landon were all gone! Friday night, Landon and I spent it at home! Saturday, Landon, Brittany, Joey and myself went to Little Rock for the Eric Paslay, Thomas Rhett, and Brantley Gilbert concert! We had a blast! Sunday, Landon and I spent time at home together. It was a busy, yet very nice week. :)
